How are you?!! Days getting busier to all of us and a quick pulse check.. "how are you .." Have you ever asked yourself how you are doing,. We should take time to listen to our body, it gives signals to even slightest change in the routine inside which is like a wake up call. Normally we tend to ignore it or go past it. We should start listening to us. It's always good to take care of self, so that we could take care of our loved ones. Recently I experienced a reality check which showed me how physically unfit I am! (no kidding.. it's fact). In 2022 I came out of my comfort zone and gave myself some me-time, completed some of the items from long pending and lengthy " To do " list. Experienced travelling, surrendered to the nature, created some blissful memories. And then reality hit me hard.
