Time...

One of my favourite aspect of life, Time.. It has the power to heal things,. Time has been an answer to most of the problems.. It's easy to wish for fast forward or rewind options to travel through time axis, but the strength remains in how well we handle the current situations. Have you ever wondered, things that mattered at a point of time in life becomes less priority or disappear completely later on.. We would even laugh at the thoughts that we had back then, wondering how did we even give importance to such a small thing. Time has taught me many lessons including the one I stated above, we often look back and wish to course-correct the actions or responses or decisions made by us previously. Funny thing is we won't give much thought process on present decisions and repeat the same cycle. Declutter

  Have you ever felt the suffocation of thoughts...?! Yes, some non-stop chatter goes inside your head.. how do you overcome it ..? do something about it..? sleep over it..? any better way to handle..? Here's my way.. Listen.. Write.. Talk.. Strike out.. Get hold of.. And move on.. Most of the common things that we do is to just ignore those things that our mind keeps reminding us or shouting at us.. That's the biggest mistake in my opinion.. I used to be like that.. But after a while I questioned myself this "How can I ignore my own thoughts and can't give atleast some percentage from the importance I give for other's opinion / questions... I mean if I don't listen to myself who else is going to listen to me?!?!!" Then the part of listening started.. Here is the funny thing, knowing that I'm listening, my mind just starting pouring out everything it had.. as though there is no tomorrow (may be its right I might not have the same intension of liste...

the butterfly... "nabi"

    "Happiness is like a butterfly which when pursued, is always beyond our gasp. But, if you sit down quietly, it may alight upon you.... :)" Sounds good?! What makes us feel the happiness? Have we thought about it. Hmm.. is it sense of achievement, appreciation, happiness of our loved ones, travel, dancing, meeting people, eating a favorite dish, fandom, and many more.. Let us begin with identifying what brings us happiness, it will differ from person to person. But it's key to identify our own set of things that gives us feel of being happy... This can be done by observing oneself, spending some quality self time. Stay happy, make yourself feel special.   #selfcare   #selflove   #happiness

Randomz.. being happy..!!

  Hi there!! Thanks for browsing through my Blog.  And after spending time with self, realized that it's better and easier to stay happy and make ourself comfortable rather than expecting others to make us happy, we should first put ourselves in comfort zone and pamper ourselves. So it makes us and our loved ones  happy ...! Do you agree with me..!!!?? So what are we waiting for. It becomes a habit to always keep expecting one or the other things from others,  have we ever thought why we expect..?! Well expectations does lead to happiness "if" they happen (which has least probability) and sadness on the other way round. As far as I know expectations are our own perspective of things happening and the highlight here is that we forget that other people are involved in it and they have their own thought process :)  We could relate this with any relationships starting with parents, friends, better-half, colleagues, our bosses etc. Try not to expect or atleast reduce...
