Spend time with you!

Wondering what's this topic about!? take few minutes in going through these lines and I hope the take away will be positiveness...!

Have you ever spend time with your family, loved ones, friends.. Ok, I hear the instant response as "Of course, YES!" ... :)

Now tell me, have you ever spend time for yourself..??? .. hmmm ok I see some silence.. Wait.. do you feel if it's really necessary? or does it matter..!? My answer is "Of course, YES!"

If you can't spend time for yourself and talk to inner you, who else will care to talk to you!
Sharing my thoughts from various sources - books / internet / self realization over here.. Hope it's not too boring, helpful instead!

We fastened our seat belt and keep driving through this competitive, fast moving society and our life keeps us busy with 'n' number of things to be taken care of. Personal commitments, Work , deadlines, friends, family.. etc etc..

Meanwhile we completely ignore or forget the main person, which is our inner-self. Many problems can be sorted out if we know what we really want or think. This clarity will only come when we speak to ourself. Most of the time, we might tend to get carried away or influenced by others thoughts.

This can be attained by being alone for a while, listen to what your heart speaks. May be we could start with meditation for say 10 mins daily. Personal experience, somehow when I started practicing it felt that mind voice is more louder (like in speaker) and heart voice is very low volume.. So I tend to ignore it mostly..

Later realized that suggestion from heart will never go wrong and won't embarrass you. Mind is like a hell, keep on wandering and giving some stupid suggestions at times. So we should tend to control the thoughts and take control over mind.

Health..

How are you?!! Days getting busier to all of us and a quick pulse check.. "how are you .." Have you ever asked yourself how you are doing,. We should take time to listen to our body, it gives signals to even slightest change in the routine inside which is like a wake up call. Normally we tend to ignore it or go past it. We should start listening to us. It's always good to take care of self, so that we could take care of our loved ones.  Recently I experienced a reality check which showed me how physically unfit I am! (no kidding.. it's fact).  In 2022 I came out of my comfort zone and gave myself some me-time, completed some of the items from long pending and lengthy " To do " list. Experienced travelling, surrendered to the nature, created some blissful memories. And then reality hit me hard. I was in a trip to Bali and had to walk a lot to get to the famous natural tourist spots. It was 7 days trip, and I pushed myself for few days.. may be out of enthusi...
